First of all, we are only humans. (Twitter's style of tweets)
I admit i'm a bit sensitive when it comes to "WHAT PEOPLE THINK ABOUT ME?"
I will always end up overthinking and "hey, lets do something about this."
We cant please people all the time and we have the rights to choose what we gonna listen. Sad thing is, I'll always consider what people think of me first rather than what I feel about myself. But when I felt like im giving up I'll be like "You know what? Let them think what they want to, because I know who I am"
To look at the bright side, I think when we consider what people think about ourselves.. It will make you become better. Let say they think you are a "spoilt brat"
I think.. At least for me, I will try not to make myself too dependent or just keep that act to myself. People will always said "BE YOURSELF" I partly disagree because sometimes you will unintentionally have that bad sides of you that you wont even notice. For example, cursing using awfully bad words. So when people judge you, you can try to stop using that kind of words. To use the BE YOURSELF terms will only applicable for your good sides such as fight for justice, sense of humour, discipline, strict when needed etc.
But ya to be honest, sometimes, what they said were true. Let them be a mirror. We cant always see what are we doing wrongs. We live in a community, of course its painful when people dislike you or talking bad things about you. So, do find yourself a friend who willingly to correct your mistakes or misbehaves and try to advise you to become a better person. You also can do the same things for your friend. Then, TRY TO DIFFERENTIATE. This is not addmath. Im talking about sort out the differences. Hahah (not funny tho) K, You have to know which critism will help to build yourself up or bringing you down. Lets say when people say you are too extrovert. Take it as a good thing. You have the ability to make new friends and adapt to new surroundings.
But still, dont let TOXIC THOUGHTS OF OTHERS affect you in the wrong way. Take only which will benefit you.
Last but not least,
FIND, LOVE & BE A BETTER VERSION OF YOURSELF!
Love, Tyra
